Are your running for Mayor?

Simple answer:

Yes.

It is not a matter of winning or losing.  It is a matter of loving this community and giving it the best that I have,

If I should lose, I will support the winner with all that I have.

If I should win, I will give it the same amount -- all that I have.

That is the only promise that I will make.  It is the only true promise I can give with any degree of certainty.

Most Respectfully,

Skip

  1. Mayor we hope you do win. We don't want you or our other officials to let up on James Construction. We expect James Construction Group to clean up the mess they continue to make of our waterways and Salado Creek. We expect James Construction Group to be done within the time limits being told.

We are sick and tired of their managers allowing the trash, broken up lumber, trash buildup, dirty roads, dust, and outright filthy conditions to exist making everyone’s life miserable not to mention VERY UNSAFE for everyone. We shouldn’t have to complain to keep safety number 1. Their managers are about the laziest and dumbest since they’d rather driver around looking important rather than doing what other contractors mangers do, making sure their projects run smoothly, kept neat, kept clean, and are always good stewards to have round. We are tired them being disrespectful or outright shameful. We are tired of the filthy messes they leave. We are tired of their managers not doing their job. They've done more than enough damage to last a lifetime. We simply can't let that company to continue to desecrate our community anymore making everyone's life difficult.

  2. This man, along with the rest of the Salado elected leaders, doesn't deserve to be reelected. He has pushed through an agenda that has soaked the citizens for millions of dollars to the benefit of out of state developers. The only benefit the citizens will see is higher taxes and no connection to the sewer system they are paying for. Vote NO for Skip Blancett on Election Day.
