It is back!

Friends,

     1.  The Art Fair is back, and, hopefully, it will never leave, again.

     Thank you Chamber of Commerce for bringing the Art Fair back this year.  It was not easy.  As is known, when an event is cancelled or not held, it is difficult to start it, again.  You made it happen!

     In our Pace Park, this weekend, artists from across Texas will bring their fine arts for your enjoyment and possible purchase.  Our talented Salado artist will also be present.  Even in August heat, this Art Fair deserves our best support.  Whether it is for 30 minutes or 3 hours, please take the time to come by and enjoy the moment.  Who knows?  You may find that "just-got-to-have-art-piece" that fits perfectly in your home.  Better still, 25 years for now, your grandchildren or friend may have it on Antique Roadshow with a dealer saying, "You bought it for what?  What a deal you made!  It is now worth $38,000.

    You never know.

     And, if you do not buy anything, well you got to see some old friends and make new acquaintances.
That is priceless!

     2.  Listening to talk this morning, there were over 200 participants in the Midnight Madness 5K.  Very good!  Some deserving children will have some new sneakers thanks to you.
